On Saturday Morning/Afternoon. I decided to make some Macaroni Bolognese. I cooked it under 40 mins and I think you guys will like it. You can watch the Video HERE
Here are the ingredients I used:
- 500g Macaroni Spaghetti Pack
- 1 litre of water
- 120g Sweet Corn
- 200g Mixed Sliced Peppers
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Yajichurri
- 1 fsp Thyme
- 1 fsp Curry
- 1 tsp Jumbo Seasoning Powder
Preparation:
- Put some water in the pot and place on the cooker [allowing the water to boil for about 5 mins]
- Pour the Macaroni in the boiling water and add 1 tsp of salt.
- Pour the Mixed Sliced Peppers and Sweet Corn into bowl and put in the Microwave for about 3 mins to (defrost)
- Pour the 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil into the frying pan ... leaving it for about 3 mins
- Get the bowl of Mixed Sliced Peppers and Sweet Corn from the Microwave, sieve it removing all excess fluids
- Pour them into the frying oil, Add all the seasonings [1/2 tsp Yajichurri,1 tsp Thyme,1 tsp Curry and 1 tsp Jumbo Seasoning Powder]
- Mix them properly and allow them to fry for about 5 mins
- Pour the Sliced Peppers and Sweet Corn into the boiling Macaroni, Steer it properly and leave it to steam for about 4 mins.
- Serve yourselves, you can now eat it I know you have been salivating :)
